Kwik Kar Panther Creek is a NAPA Auto Care Facility

Participating locations typically bill through the administrator. Non-participating shops may require payment upfront, after which you can submit documentation for reimbursement consideration.

If you’re more than 25 miles from our shop or your vehicle is inoperable, call the NAPA Warranty Administrator at (800) 452-NAPA, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern). They will help locate the closest participating NAPA Auto Care facility and explain whether you may qualify for towing or rental assistance, so you can get repairs started as quickly as possible.

Coverage generally applies to qualifying repairs involving major vehicle systems such as brakes, steering and suspension, engine performance and drivability, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning, fuel and exhaust systems, cooling systems, starting and charging components, emissions systems, and axles or driveline parts. Coverage applies to qualifying repairs only, and exclusions do apply — please refer to the full warranty details for complete terms and limitations.
